About Us
What started out as a hobby in 2002 quickly became a sought-after service. We started smoking meat and providing butchering services. Our family business now has years of experience and expertise that help set us apart.
Another important factor that sets us apart is our natural curing process. Instead of using chemical-based nitrates, we use an organic process. We use a unique celery and cherry juice blend which produces a naturally occurring nitrate. This allows us to offer much healthier meat for our customers.
We also use organic spices and have organic recipes available for sale. We sell organic pre-blend spices in 25lb bags for those who enjoy using our spices in their own recipes.
Please note: We debone beef and hog, but not deer. We only process boneless deer. If you have any questions, please call us at (574) 825-2665. Business hours are Mon. – Sat. 8am – 5pm.

Custom Meat Smoking
Since 2002 we have been smoking great tasting meats for our customers. We use organic spices and brine to produce healthy, mouth-watering, products. We smoke a variety of meats: beef, pork, and deer.
Meat Processing
Having your meat made into products that you can enjoy is important. Since we use organic spices, brines, and other processes, you can enjoy healthier:

• Jerky
• Hot dogs
• Ring bologna
• Bratwursts
• Smoked Turkeys (Please drop off at least a week in advance)
Organic Pre-Blend Spices
Many of our customers enjoy using the spices we offer in their own recipes. We carry the popular Mishler’s Pork Seasonings and organic pre-blend spices in 25lbs bags.
